Business goals, executive ownership and a clear case for AI.
Flagship service · Explore & plan
An evidence-led assessment of your readiness to adopt and scale AI — followed by a practical roadmap for where to invest, what to fix and what to do next.
Start with business outcomes
A successful pilot or a new AI licence does not tell you whether your organisation can use AI effectively. We examine the business ambition and the conditions needed to deliver it — including the decisions, people, processes, data, investment and controls behind the work.
Business goals, executive ownership and a clear case for AI.
Real workflows, decisions, delivery capacity and integration into work.
AI literacy, workforce capability, adoption and change readiness.
Quality, accessibility, ownership, stewardship and permitted use.
Tooling, integration, security and the ability to operate reliably.
Proportionate controls, privacy, assurance and named accountability.
Procurement, commercial dependencies, cost and value assumptions.
What you take forward
Advanced workstream within AI Readiness & Roadmap
For priority use cases moving beyond experimentation, we can deepen the readiness assessment to the specific data and information paths behind the AI outcome. This is an integrated, selectively scoped part of AI Readiness & Roadmap — not another flagship product or a compulsory gateway.
Can the AI find, access and consume the relevant data?
Can it interpret meanings, relationships and business rules correctly?
Is the information reliable enough for the intended use?
Are ownership, permitted use, provenance and control evidence in place?
Review the relevant information path: source → access and retrieval → context assembly → AI system or agent → output or action. Examine permissions, human oversight, provenance and accountability where they affect the decision.
Where included, Readiness Signatures and a portfolio Readiness Matrix document the required standards, supporting evidence, constraints, owners and reassessment triggers. A weak critical foundation cannot be cancelled out by strengths elsewhere.
Scope matters. Deeper assurance is agreed for selected use cases and significant dependencies. Assessment findings do not certify that a system is safe, implement controls or guarantee performance.
Proportionate engagement design
Understand current capability, barriers and business priorities.
Turn findings into investment choices and a practical plan.
Test specific use-case and data paths before wider deployment.
These are configurable levels of work within AI Readiness & Roadmap, not three mandatory sequential purchases. Scope and commercial terms are agreed before work begins; implementation, third-party tools and Citadel subscriptions are separately defined.
Governance embedded, technology optional
RightTime Governance™ shapes proportionate review, evidence and approvals within the readiness and roadmap work. Citadel can support ongoing use-case tracking, decisions and reassessment when your organisation needs a sustained workspace; no Citadel licence is needed to commission an assessment.
Start with an objective
Tell us what you want to achieve, what has been tried already and the decisions ahead. We'll agree whether a readiness assessment — and any Scale Assurance depth — is worthwhile.
